    Duties

  • Creation of spare parts offers and orders, ensuring customer's satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the spare part stock and dispatch area.
  • Correspondence with customers and headquarters.
  • Handling of inquiries.
  • Technical clarification for spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers
  • Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals.
  • Processing and follow up of invoicing of spare parts and warranty orders.
  • Dispatch and packaging of orders, forwarding of shipping documents to customers.
  • Checking of sales invoices.
  • Preparation of proposals for stock keeping
  • Requirements

  • Preferable experience with part lists, preparing quotes and order administration.
  • Preferable knowledge of construction machinery and/or maritime cranes.
  • Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Organized, exact and precise working
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
  • Willingness to travel.
