Job Description:


  • Fully understand company's products and develop customers in Mexico market.
  • Introduce product functions detail and DEMO to customer.
  • Manage all steps of the selling process and close new business and get PO/Revenue according to targets, objectives, and plans.
  • Provide configuration service to customer after customer onboard.
  • Work closely with technical product team to promote product, R&D, and data related stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are met with high quality.
Requirement

  • College Degree with more than 5 years of salesrelated experience, preferably in contact center, BPO or SaaS software.
  • Strong crosscultural communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and technical skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge and insights regarding the development of B2B communication sector, both locally and globally.
  • Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
