    Headline: We're Hiring Senior Portfolio Operations Specialist (On-site)

    Are you an expert in investment operations with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Operations Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in trade settlements, reconciliations, and portfolio management.

    What you will do:

    • Manage daily Trade Matching, Settlements, and Corporate Actions.
    • Reconcile portfolio holdings and cash across internal systems and custodians.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Collaborate with global custodians and counterparties.

    What we are looking for:

    • Experience: 5–8 years in investment operations (Banking, Hedge Funds, or Fund Administration).
    • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Derivatives (Futures, Swaps, Options, FX) and Fixed Income.
    • Tech Skills: Advanced Excel. Experience with Enfusion, Eze, Geneva, or Sage Intacct is a huge plus.
    • Communication: English C1 (90%) – Excellent oral and written skills.
    • Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

    Schedule: Availability between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST.
