Project Manager Assistant
Comerlat Hospitality is a growing real estate development company that primarily focuses on the commercial and hospitality industry. Comerlat Hospitality currently has multiple hotel development projects in its pipeline in different phases.

We're seeking a Project Manager Assistant who can assist the Project Management Team in tracking and managing all the project activities and project documentation, including project deliverables.

This professional will be responsible for assisting in multiple projects at once and overseeing some phases; presenting progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis.

Requirements:

Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements and schedules are met.
Review deliverables and make sure quality of each is acceptable.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
Read and understand documents defining projects, including but not limited to: agreements, work ledgers, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, scopes of work and drawings.
Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision.
Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
Working with the Project Manager and Project Team in preparing drawings and specifications.
