    The role:

    • Analyze the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements for reaching a clear understanding on the finance performance, clarifying variations against Budget/Forecast and for proposing remediation plans to stay within the target parameters.
    • Provide a second review on the company's Finance Statements to assure accuracy and alignment with companies' Financial Planning and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    • Build the annual budget and the monthly forecast based on accurate information from actuals, sales pipeline, and projected expenses, while determining clear assumptions on macroeconomic variables (exchange rate, inflation, etc.) for the model.
    • Build financial models as needed, perform financial planning analysis or new business analysis, facilitating any business decision. Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, sensitivity analyses and scenarios, fully loaded analyses, and landing forecasts.
    • Prepare any report requested by the Management to provide visibility on the expenditure and payments on the different projects and activities of the company.
    • Prepare any report as needed to provide the comparison between current state and proposed future state, for getting the approval from Head Quarters on any business case or new investment. Determine the return on investment (ROI).
    • Prepare and present the monthly KPI's of the business.
    • Assist and actively participate in the continuous enhancement of the functionalities and capabilities of our ERP (SAP), so the integration between modules and processes is consistent and efficient.
    • Develop a Tax Planning & Strategy, in collaboration with the Management and Tax Advisors, that contributes to reduce risks and ensure the correct planning on tax contributions.

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields.
    • Preferable master's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or related fields.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance planning/analysis and accounting.
    • Strong technical background in accounting, financial statement analyses, and building financial models in Excel.
    • Experience reporting in IFRS and USGAAP
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Desirable previous experience with a multinational business environment.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Advanced Excel and Office 365.
    • Experience handling SAP Business One or other ERP.
    • High analytical Skills
