Functions:
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Schedule shifts and labor according to customer demand. Determine the workforce, equipment and raw materials necessary to meet customer demand in a timely manner. Follow up daily with the manufacturing team to provide updates to the sales team.


Requirements:

- +3 years of proven experience in the position for companies in the field of Electronics and metal mechanics business.

• Graduated Bachelor or Engineering in Business or Industrial; Preferably with a Master's or Certification in Supply Chain.
• Bilingual, advanced level (+90% spoken, written).
• Experience in managing and complying with the metrics of your position: On Time Deliveries (OTD), Compliance with the Production Plan, Cycle Time of a Work Order, Pieces produced per day (Throughput), Cost margins, Changes to the plan production, overtime, engineering changes, new products, material shortages, etc.
• Management of daily, weekly and monthly production times and capacities.
• Domain of ERP systems (INTUITIVE, VISUAL, SAP, etc.).
