Position Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of Uline's Mexico Cash Applications unit.
Provide management with timely reviews of Cash Applications status and progress in our various programs and activities.
Coordinate all audits and reports.
Develop negotiation techniques for Cash Applications.
Maintain and improve team performance.

Minimum Requirements
-
Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years' experience as a supervisor.
Microsoft Office skills.
Strong negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
