Descripción
To advise all phases of the public procurement processes, from the initial evaluation of the tender bases, to the signing and performance of the contract;- Maintain physical and/or digital custody of contracts and their respective documentation;
- Ensure that the control of the contract expiration period (effectiveness) and the need for renewal is being effective;
- Carry out with the communication between the parties whenever necessary: amendments, termination letters etc., including participation in meetings and/or simpler conference calls;
- Assist in the control of access passwords for public and/or private purchase portals;
- Review and draft contracts in general;
- Act preventively in discussions of legal clauses;
- Ensure that all related areas are able to comply with the contracts so that all obligations agreed by the parties are fulfilled;
- Work to better understand the contractual clauses to reduce the involved risks;
- Send daily public procurement processes notices to sales team and related areas, analyzing the predefined search parameters and suggesting improvements;
- Support the Commercial Area with the preparation of contracts, mainly observing: delivery time, payment, contractual fines, warranty and training;
- Participate directly in electronic auctions, related to public procurement processes;
- Submit the final proposal, as well as all necessary documentation and the elaboration of clarifications, objections, administrative appeals and counterarguments;
- Solve medium complexity problems, by a Legal perspective;
- Guide the levels below in the correct execution of activities into the department;
- Request the payment of a monthly fee related to the sales and/or access of the various purchase portals, when applicable.
