Job summary
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the network hardware and software.Essential Job Functions:
Monitor network environments to identify performance issues proactively while working within strict time frames and the ability to elevate incidents within defined time frames.
Testing all changes to networks, hardware, and software and identifying any issues that may result,
- Coordinate with vendors and management on infrastructure projects as needed.
- Maintain necessary project plans and documentation of all network hardware and network mapping,
