Estamos buscando un Abogado experimentado y apasionado para unirse a nuestro equipo legal. El objetivo principal es brindar asesoramiento jurídico y representación legal a la empresa en diversas áreas del derecho.
Responsabilidades
Asesorar y representar a la empresa en asuntos legales.
Revisar y redactar contratos y documentos legales.
Investigar y analizar casos legales.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar el cumplimiento de leyes y regulaciones.
Representar a la empresa en tribunales y audiencias.
Requisitos
Título de Licenciado en Derecho.
Cédula profesional vigente.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un despacho jurídico o empresa.
Conocimientos sólidos de derecho civil, mercantil, laboral y administrativo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Condiciones
