Misión Design and develop new processes to optimize production efficiency   Manage and coordinate technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including technical reviews (TR) that include FMEA, control plan, tooling, equipment, and entitlement analysis   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals In charge of training IDL staff in understanding and application standard operation.
In charge of creation and updates of machines or process recipes and profiles.
Develop plan of improvement through product and technology upgrades.
Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins.
Coordinate NPI activities to manage introduction of new product meting quality and productivity standards.
Perfil Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
