How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Assistant, Corp Comms & Publicity will address the communication needs within the Corp Comms team, with a primary focus on Internal Comms.

The Assistant, Corp Comms & Publicity will be responsible for:

• Development and implementation of internal communication strategies and actions.
• Development and implementation of strategies and actions to promote the company's internal culture.
• Collaboration with the regional Corp Comms / Internal Comms team.
• Synergy with other communication areas, Marketing, Human Resources, Facilities, CSR, and other company areas to enhance results.
• Support in Corp Comms actions focused on external communication, DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• Skills / key Competences: Good writing and spelling, communication skills.
• Technical / specific expertise: Office suite, design and editing programs (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Advanced level of English.
