OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Ejecutar el proceso de reclutamiento, selección e integración de nuevos empleados a la organización a nível nacional así como el seguimiento al proceso de contratación de personal, proponiendo mejoras a fin de optimizar recursos y alcanzar los objetivos del área.

OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN:

Brindar soporte al área de Nomina, asistiendo en actividades administrativas y relativas a área de compensaciones

ACTIVIDADES:

Realizar Preomina.
Asistencia a los colaboradores, con dudas o preguntas acerca de sus pagos
Monitorear que el proceso de contratación se lleve a cabo conforme al manual establecido por Volvo Group.

Compilación de expedientes.- Registrar actualizaciones en base de datos.

Realizar credenciales de nuevos ingresos

ESCOLARIDAD:

Psicologia, Administración, Sociología, o a fin

IDIOMA:

Ingles conversacional (avanzado)
SOFTWARE:
Microsoft Office.
Excel intermedio (indispensable)
COMPETENCIAS:
Dinámico.
Creativo.
Propositivo. Dispuesto.

Práctico.

Contrato eventual de Prácticas Profesionales de 12 a 18 meses.
