WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**:

As Site Engineer you will lead your Work Team to guarantee the design and execution of projects, guaranteeing the company's quality and safety standards and ensuring the continuity of the operation.

Coordinate and align the efforts and activities of your Work Team and the alignment with the manufacturing quality safety functional areas.

Additionally, he is responsible for leading an agenda of improvement and savings projects from the design phase to execution:

  • "End to end" leadership in the preparation and implementation of projects.
  • Lead, together with the other functional areas, the conceptualization and design of the projects and confirm technical feasibility.
  • Preparation of CAPEX and expense control for projects.
  • Supervision and direction of savings projects.
  • Establish processes, procedures, technical specifications of everything that the project entails.
  • Technical evaluation of proposals for equipment, accessories, and assemblies.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality policies, standards, and procedures during the project until its final delivery.
  • Manage, analyze, and detect opportunities for improvement.
  • KPI management.
  • Leadership of SHE and Quality standards applicable to the Engineering area.

  • Careers such as civil, industrial, mechanical engineering, or similar.
