We are currently hiring on behalf of a global leading 3PL Shipping solution provider which is going through rapid growth in North America.


Job Descriptions

  • Manage shipping, warehousing and custom clearance requirements from key accounts in Mexico.
  • Coordinating and liaising with all internal apartments ensuring a smooth delivery of services.
  • Assessing the shipping industry of Mexico and setting up new solutions tailored to the need of the constant evolving market.
  • Take ownership of team's day to day operations, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance assessment and discipline.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trading or Logistics highly preferred (may consider College Diploma if possess extensive relevant commercial experience)
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience in international shipping, freight forwarding and custom clearance in Mexico.
  • Experience managing a team, plus a solid track record in handling the operational tasks of a logistics/Shipping business.
  • Fluent in English.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55, $65,000.00 per month
