BILINGUAL REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT PRICING ANALYST

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Pricing workstream in the Revenue Growth Management DBS. The role is responsible for providing data-based commercial insights to support pricing decisions.

Team lead

Geographic Scope:
US Market

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth (RGM).
Complete business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the RGM team to generate key insights.
Provide the gathering, preparation, validation and cleansing of different sources of information.
Assume a supporting role as part of the analytics team as it applies to data requirements, data validation, schematics quality, and overall merchandising plans for assigned projects.
Effectively communicate data analysis to key collaborators regardless of geographic and/or cultural differences.
Develop a deep understanding of pricing and promotion strategies, internal processes, and overall technical requirements.
Play an active role as a member of Digital Business Solutions team, ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities (with emphasis on strong analytical skills).
Willingness to learn in a fastpaced manner with data management tools.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

University Degree.

years of experience.

Time management as work will adhere to deadlines.
Effectively engage collaborators who are culturally diverse while being geographically away. Comfortable interpreting and manipulating large amounts of data.
Needs a good work ethic and be willing to learn quickly. Programming concepts understanding is desirable.
Very good command of English, spoken and written. (B2+/C1)
Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
Data Analytics or Big Data experience is a plus. Analytics and data management experience are highly preferred.
