You Are:

UST is searching for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading upgrades in a fast-paced, growing organizational environment.

Be part of a highly specialized SRE team that works in collaboration with management, professional services, support, and vendors

The Opportunity:

Analyze customer requirements, facilitate, and deliver planning to customers and the engineering team.
Effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Build and maintain the confidence of colleagues and customers.
Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
Maintain current knowledge of the entire VMware product line.
Drive customer upgrades, adoption, consumption, retention, and expansion
Work without close supervision and with a proactive, goaloriented attitude.
Define, adopt, and maintain processes, systems management concepts, and standards to be used in daytoday activities
Develop and track detailed service plans, schedules, dependencies, and critical paths Secure and assign resources per SRE service deliverables
Clearly communicate with customers and upper management any risk areas; come up with risk mitigation plans
Work outside business hours if required
Cover a 24/7 rotational shift pattern if required.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

Must be a fast learner with the ability to explain SRE service management to a variety of audiences
2+ years of experience in project management is preferred
Experience in leading projects in an Enterprise environment
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and build relationships with all levels of personnel, internal and external
