We are looking to hire a Test Engineer for our new R&D Center in Monterrey.

Responsibilities:

Technical and logístical management of Climatic and Mechanical testing of automotive electronics.
Manage and perform Climatic and Mechanical tests to determine compliance to OEM and international regulatory standards.
Develop Climatic and Mechanical test plans including design of related test equipment.
Analyze results and create test reports.
Perform troubleshooting of test issues and equipment. Diagnosis of problems and develop solutions.
Support product development teams in achieving best in class product performance and state of the art execution of test requirements.
Participate in global team meetings to ensure consistency and technical issues are identified and resolved.

Requirements:

5+ years professional experience in test laboratory/development environment. Product Validation Engineering experience in Automotive Electronics components preferred.
Hands on experience in testing. Familiarity with OEM and Global standards for testing.
Hands on experience with test equipment, including climatic chambers, vibration systems and data acquisition systems.
Ability to manage / lead multiple projects and priorities.
Must be team oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical topics.
Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE / BSME) or an equivalent field.
Limited local and international travel may be required.
