Sales Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Analyst t to join our team. The Sales Analyst Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data-driven insights to drive business growth and expand our client base.

With a property management company overseeing 5,500 units and a team of over 180 employees, our company is well-equipped to understand and evaluate deals quickly.

We take a commonsense approach to underwriting, providing comprehensive in-house services to ensure a seamless loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize online databases to gather information.
Extract and compile data from various sources into organized Excel sheets or databases.
Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business development.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans based on data insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to key stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data analysis, research, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay:
$203.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
