Location: San Luis de la Paz, Gto.

BASIC FUNCTION

Under the supervison of the Payroll Coordinator, this position is responsible for preparing the weekly and semimonthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, loans, savings fund, food coupons and vacation bonuses. Additionally, this position elaborates the termination payments.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Supervisory Relationships:

Reports to Payroll Coordinator.
Organization Relationships:

Regular contact with hourly workers and administrative employees.

External Business Relationships:
Moderate contact with Government Institutions.
Moderate contact with banks and payroll related vendors.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:
Preference Technical or Professional Degree.

EXPERIENCE:
Preference 1 year of experience in Payroll or related area.

FORMATION:
Preference must have proficiency in MS Word & Excel. Knowledge of Eslabon system is preferred.
