As a
Business Intelligence Analyst at Rapido Solutions Group, you'll play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business strategy and decision-making.

You'll leverage your strong analytical abilities, data modeling skills, and knowledge of BI tools to help us make better business decisions.

What will you be doing?

Gather and cleanse data from various sources, including internal and external systems.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
Develop data visualizations and reports that communicate insights to business users.
Collaborate with Operations, clients, and IT team members to gather requirements and define data analysis projects.
Implement data analysis solutions and train users on how to use them.
Stay uptodate on the latest data analysis technologies.
Collect and integrate data from multiple systems and sources.
Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques.
Build scalable data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Identify trends, metrics, and KPIs to enhance performance.
Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and data requests.
Monitor data integrity, optimize data collection procedures, and adhere to industry best practices in data management and analysis practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis
Expertise with data visualization and BI tools
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
