Salary:

Permanent Independent contractor

English C1/C2 required.


Location:
Remote.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage appointments and calendar
  • Book meetings
  • Build up a massive database of past and current clients and hunted down potential customers
  • Organize the company's files invoices, and other digital documentation
  • Project management activities
  • Help with administrative activities
  • Creation of dashboards
  • Organizing material for meetings
  • Attend to meetings with potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience an executive assistant
  • Experience in staffing agencies
  • Experience with payroll, paysheets
  • High Excel working experience
  • C1-C2 English level
  • Availability to immediate start
  • Remote job experience
  • Own equipment and stable internet connection
