Job Description:

Supplier quality engineer in material field of castings, turning or machining (heat treatment experience is plus)
Analyse Q problems and provide technical solution
Conduct process audit / release and followup corrective actions
Work out Q improvement / development concept / program on suppliers
Conduct process audit
Implement process improvements for cost saving at suppliers

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
More than 5 years experience in Quality Assurance in Automotive industry
Familiar with Quality Methods such as 8D, FMEA, APQP/PPAP, control plans, SPC, MSA, etc.
Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Lean Manufacturing concepts

- (preferably turned parts)

Preferably internal auditor training ISO/TS16949, ISO9000, Six Sigma, Problem Solving
MS-Office and SAP
Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments
Good social, team and communication skills
Based in RBCN Shanghai, willingness to frequent travels (in China and possible AP)
Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers
Proactive and structured working style and ability to work under pressure
Fluently English language skill both written and spoken
Openness to work in a global team
