Descripción y Requisitos

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • B.S in Industrial/Production engineering and 1 to 3 years of experience

SKILS & KNOWLEGE

  • 1 to 3 years of direct process development, line balancing, material flow design support of a manufacturing or assembly operations/body shop, weld shop or 1 to 3 years of experience supporting offshore manufacturing/Logistics process design/optimization
  • Ability to fluently communicate, both written and verbal in the English language
  • Should have good interpersonal skills & Project management skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of time
  • Highly selfmotivated, ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple
objectives concurrently, attend to details, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment

  • Proven ability to analyze situations and accurately take effective actions
  • Technical writing
  • Ability to work effectively across levels from shop floor to director level
  • Willingness to adjust working hours as necessary to ensure effective support of
international operations

  • Create and implement tools to audit efficiency and identify cost reduction
opportunities across the factory and the warehouse.

  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and bills of materia
