Bachelor degree
25 years of proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role (groups with more than 60 members)
Knowledge in Warehouse management.
Familiar with PCB/assembly manufacturing production process.

KPIS, Scorecard Management
Knowledge and experience in TIER Meetings.
Knowledge in 5's and GEMBA.
Strong organizational and leadership skills? together with a resultsdriven approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Selfmotivated and an efficient problem solver
Advanced skills in Office/PCBA/PFMEA/DFMEA/SPC/MSA/Car IATF/16949 experience is priority appointment.
SAP Knowledge, account transfers.
Availability for different shifts
English: 75%, must be able to communicate.
