In this role the individual will need to be in the AMS office 1 day a week and support special events held at the AMS office from time to time.
This is an entry level role. We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience assisting recruiters and or talent sourcers in administrative tasks.For our renowned client from the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Recruitment Admin, who will assist with basic coordination tasks related to recruiting.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a large Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project with a renowned Life Science companyKey AccountabilitiesManaging account specific administration activities such as candidate screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and pre-employment screeningManaging other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment processCollaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlinesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholdersEnsuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processesManagement of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessaryParticipating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team Utilize LinkedIn for sourcing efforts when needed Skills & ExperienceBilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is nice to have) 1-3 years of experience as either a client facing Recruitment coordinator or Sourcing admin.
