    Ensure correct and available standards (Bosch, DC, external) are considered; including prioritized migration of legacy solutions to standard solutions Support CI with development and implementation of IT Infrastructure stability, maintainability, and speed Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and Operational associates Derive and implement I4.

    Roadmap Qualifications Education:
    Bachelors Degree in Engineering Required, Masters preferred


    Experience and Knowledge:
    Minimum 5 years experience in lean line design and value stream design.

    Experience in industrial controls/automation and systems development with relational databases Experience with database management (SQL, Oracle) Know-how to connect machines to databases and then do something with it Ability to visualize and orchestrate new IT solutions in plant/manufacturing environment Familiarity with industry standard communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, etc) Knowledge of industrial controls PLC (Rexroth, Siemens, CoDeSys, etc) Knowledge about data mining methodologies Knowledge of software programming languages (full of at least 1 object oriented) Experience of leading Kaizen and deploying lean tools and principles a plus.

    Ability to work independently as well as in a team and to lead small project group.

    Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, Power Point, and Visio (Value stream mapping) Previous experience in related field as well as project management experience required.


    Work History:
    Production experience with demonstrated process improvement experiences a plus

    Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
