Responsibilities

TR Associate Manager

Main Purpose


Develop and execute fully integrated Total Rewards communication strategy across LATAM sector to ensure employees know, understand and value total rewards package.


Accountabilities

/ Responsibilities
- _
Design Total Rewards communication strategy to assure employees know, understand and value the full elements of their Total Rewards Package, in a holistic and integrated plan (internal and external, FL and NonFL, during the different moments of employees ́s career) to strength EVP_
- _ Define communication calendar for all different kinds of employees across the sector _
- _Define key messages, narrative, media, look and feel of communication materials_
- _ Lead and supervise external communication agency performance, defining priorities and measurable KPI's by keeping a positive and constructive relation with agency's team as a strategic ally _
- _Utilize non-traditional, out of the box thinking and approach to craft impactful earned media campaigns,_
- _ Assure correct and timely deployment of communication plan to HRBPs and employees _
- _Analyze and evaluate constantly local, sector and global needs to reinforce communication strategy_
- _ Deploy global and sector communication strategies, developing toolkits and supporting teams to implement robust communication plan_
- _ Integrate KPIs to evaluate impact of communication campaigns_
- _ Manage communication budget_


Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements
- _
Approximately 7 years of experience in communication. _
- _Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field._
- _ Excellent coordination, collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various activities._
- _ Outstanding public relations skills_
- _ Public relations agency experience (preferred but not required)_
- _ Leadership skills to coordinate, supervise and lead internal team, as well as PR agency as a strategic ally of the area_
- _ Negotiation skills with internal and external audiences in order to obtain authorization for projects, budget allocation and efficient use of expenses_
- _ Creative skills to develop original, innovating and impactful ideas, concepts and communication strategies_
- _ Language communication skills: Spanish 100%, English 100%, Portuguese desirable, but not required)_
- _ Strong story-telling skills a must, with the ability to build a narrative, identity and programs around a brand. _
- _Experience using digital and social media _
- _Grace under pressure and a comfort level in dealing with senior executives _
- _Flexibility and open-mindedness to changes in direction and the addition of new assignments_
