Become a valuable member of our team as a Real Estate Bookkeeper, contributing significantly to the management of our financial operations.

Utilize your expertise in financial management and precise record-keeping capabilities to ensure the seamless operation of our real estate accounting procedures, leveraging tools such as Yardi Voyager software.

The Role Role Description:
Execute monthly bank reconciliations meticulously, promptly addressing any discrepancies that arise. Skillfully manage credit card transactions, promptly reconciling statements and invoices to uphold financial integrity. Take charge of bi-weekly payroll processing, accurately computing wages, deductions, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. Skillfully handle property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration using Yardi Voyager software. Effectively oversee vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and fostering positive vendor relationships. Collaborate with vendors to swiftly resolve billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays. Offer assistance in preparing financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, as required.

Ideal Profile Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager software. Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping. Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Possess comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations. What's on Offer?
