In this role you will be responsible for applying IT knowledge and expertise to help solving complex technical or professional activities. You will be a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, who contributes their expertise to enhance organizational efficiency and support the organization's vision and strategic direction.

Your responsibilities

• Managing all the aspects of application Release and change management.
• Managing all the aspects of QC testing and regression testing using Panaya, TOSCA etc.
• Quality Review of all the application changes moving through the landscape.
• Working with off-shore and teams located globally for coordination of daily, weekly and project related changes.
• Working with Functional analysts and solution architects for change and release management issues.
• Handling all the aspects of SolMan ITSM and ChaRM
• Working with Basis team for all the applications in the region for release and transport management.
• Lead and assist in all internal controls related activities for ACM.
• Work with global SolMan team and coordinate all the improvements.
• Conducing change review board meetings.
• Working with QC center for defining testing and test automation.

Your background

• Bachelor ́s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.
• Five years of experience in ERP release and change management and Quality Control.
• Experience working with SAP or other related Change and release management .
• Experience in Solution Manager ITSM and ChaRm and xperience with other ITSM tools such as SNOW is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and other SAP products is desirable.
• Project management using different technics (Agile, Waterfall, Lean 6 Sigma) preferred.
• Autonomous, organized, collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication.
• Advanced English skills.
• Availability tob travel (20% international).
