Position Summary

Obtain products that can be released with good quality after discovering problems through outgoing inspection before the release and make improvements.
Minimize cost of quality loss through securing good quality and realize customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Managing outgoing inspection] Support to analyze all the production and outgoing processes. Support to validate shipping goods based on the processes.

2. [Managing inspection data] Support to organize measured data. Help checking data distribution and discovering additional action items when there is a defect.

3. [Managing outgoing inspection operation] Support to establish outgoing inspection processes. Check and support analysis of bad samples.

4. [Managing outing quality indices] Support to list items which quality needs to be improved by identifying a customer's requirements. Support to maintain stability.

[Responding to quality related issues] Check analysis of the cause of a defect and the scope of goods with defects.

Support to establish and execute an improvement and follow-up measures.

[Developing an inspection methodology] Minimize risks which are identified from the inspection results by utilizing a best outgoing inspection method.

Support to conduct an appropriate inspection.

7. [Managing quality of a product] Understand a defect which has happened to a customer. Support all the activities to obtain an assessment method which can prevent similar defects from happening.

Skills and Qualifications

Acquires and applies job skills and learns the company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks that are routinely/semiroutinely in nature
Normally follows established procedures on work. Requires instructions on tasks
Typical entry point for high school or vocational college graduates
