    Descripción

    Purpose of Position:
    To improve and sustain maintenance reliability?and low maintenance costs.
    Responsibilities
    • Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented?
    • Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
    • Key roll designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
    • Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.
    ?
    • Improving health and safety policies and procedures?
    • Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost?
    • Innovate maintenance
      Knowledge and Skill Requirements.
    - Reliability techniques: (RCM / TPM)

    Education.- Technical degree in Engineering
    Work Experience- 2-4?years of experience in industrial maintenance area?- Experience developing maintenance strategies?- Experience handling Computerizing Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)?- Project management?- Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing?- Management and control of maintenance costs?????- Spare parts and tooling management?- Root cause analysis experience?- Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred)?
