Scheduling and Planning Analyst Responsibilities

  • Efficiency in forecasting and planning, focused on the continuous improvement of KPIs.
  • Planning that guarantees a better adherence.
  • Standardization and automation of processes and reports.

Scheduling and Planning Analyst Job Duties:

  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring agent productivity and queue needs; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing system and process improvement.
  • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
