Your tasks

Purpose:
Collect, elaborate and analyze Demand Forecast based on information from Product, Sales, BI, and Finance Departments.

Based on demand forecast, adjust planning settings for ensuring critical process for product availability, inventory performance and customer fill rate.


Main Activities:


Elaborate demand forecast based on Statistical and forecast Collaboration, including top customers and critical sales channels and items; upload forecast on APO; develop forecast collaboration with customer; ensure availability inventory based on dynamic planning execution; SKUs status follow up, changes and actions for PIPO process; ensure availability of products based on demand FC and historical sales for local manufactured and imported products; warranty inventory balance for 5 local warehouses; communicate to market and stakeholders (ISS, Sales, Operations, Log, Product Management, BI, etc) product availability: quantities, dates and supply restrictions; BackOrder analysis; elaborate and analyze KPIs and business performance reports (FC Accuracy, FillRate, Additional Inventory, PSI), includes, root cause analysis and action plans for improvement; review supply feasibility for special orders, requirements and projects from internal customer.


Profile:


  • Bachelors degree: Industrial engineering, supply chain and logistics, business management or similar.
years of experience on materials planning (local manufactured & imported), inventory management, statistical modeling, replenishment processes (safety stock, reorder point, among others)

  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • English Advance
  • Software:
  • MS Excel advanced (necessary)
  • Power Bi advanced or similar
  • Power Query advanced or similar
