The Role:

The role of Team Leader of our delivery team in LATAM includes operational and people management of team in Brazil and Mexico based talent acquisition sourcers and recruitment administrators in their day-to-day activities.


As part of an important component of this role you will ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The role will involve liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, managing workload as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Responsible for team objective setting, performance management, development and succession planning, keeping attrition rate low.
  • Consider ways to continually develop and improve processes, procedures and working in conjunction with the team to implement any changes which are introduced
  • Ensure that the team works to the service levels agreed and support team in:Fully utilizing relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
  • Engagement with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements
  • Responsible for team morale, productivity and discipline
  • Manage the program and organize resources for induction of new staf
  • Act as a local point for escalations
  • Participate in various weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and calls
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly team's performance reviews for leadership team and client upon request
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Lead by example and ensure adherence to compliance standards
  • Coordinate and implement any ad hoc projects
  • Manage own business area to remain close to the process

Skills and Experience:


Essential:
Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese


  • Extensive working knowledge of recruitment
  • Experience of managing client relationships
  • Experience in identifying and introducing process innovations and improvements
  • Capable of making timely decisions regarding process and communicating effectively to ensure relevant internal parties receive support/updates
  • Strong recruitment experience within a busy and challenging environment
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Capable of providing constructive feedback
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Desirable:


  • Experience in managing performance and career development
  • Able to demonstrate effective succession planning
  • Capable of leading regular meaningful team meetings and one to ones
  • Experience in delivering reports within tight deadlines
