- Ensure compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and Federal Labor Law.
- Track absenteeism daily through interviews, meetings, and application of Internal Work Regulations.
- Rotation and Absenteeism meetings with the production area, for statistical review and implement different actions.
- Handle Labor Disputes
- Manage staff services: purchase order generation, payment process, and quality service.
- Maintain communication with the Union.
- Document open lawsuits based on compliance guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Laws, or related area.

As Plant HR Generalist you will be responsible to create, maintain and promote a healthy work environment, maintaining an open communication with staff and the union.
