The Graphic Artwork Coordinator will ensure delivery of the artwork needed for relabeling purposes.

The Graphic Artwork Coordinator will define metrics to close Quality Notifications (QNs) on the established time, identifying periodic goals for the accomplishment of the annual objectives, according to the needs of the involved markets.

The Graphic Artwork Coordinator will monitor compliance of Zoetis Quality procedures for artwork, implementing actions to ensure compliance.
The Graphic Artwork Coordinator will act as communication channel between the markets and the artwork center.

The Graphic Artwork Coordinator will document, and monitor expenses related to local processes of developing artwork, to identify resource optimization opportunities.

The main activities will be focused on Mexico, but the colleague will provide support to Central America, Colombia and the Caribbean.


Function & Responsabilities:

The Graphic Artwork Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the following activities which includes but is not limited to:

  • Monitor the status of SAP Codes needed to start Quality Notifications (QNs), after the approval of the MAR (if needed).
  • Initiate Quality Notifications (QNs) needed for changes or new projects.
  • Train third contractors periodically to ensure compliance of Zoetis Quality procedures for relabeling purposes.
  • Create or coordinate creation of artwork for relabeling purposes according to timelines previously defined.
  • Ensure compliance of regulations related to artwork, such as those issued by the Secretariat of Economy in Mexico (for example).
  • Analyze metrics to identify actions to achieve a lean process to initiate QNs and to crate artwork for relabeling purposes.
  • Coordinate translation of artworks for bios manufactured in USA, to be reviewed by APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service).
  • The Graphic Artwork Coordinator will act as communication channel between the markets and the artwork center.
  • Participate in internal and external audits performed by Global Quality or by authorities (if needed).
  • The main activities will be focused on Mexico, but the colleague will provide support to Central America, Colombia and the Caribbean.
