    Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE), the subdivision of SoftServe, is a highly professional team focusing primarily on technology covering software architecture, startups, and enterprise technologies. Our format of the job is a consultancy for different projects, not tied to specific projects, technologies, or timelines.

    IF YOU ARE

    • Experienced in quality assurance and control for 3+ years
    • Possess a great attention to detail and an adept problem solver
    • Skilled in software development and testing
    • Good with computer technology and programming languages
    • Proficient with Pega, Java, Python, SQL, JSON, and XML
    • Independent, adept multi-tasker and highly analytical
    • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment as well as working on a variety of assignments
    • Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment to cover project needs

    AND YOU WANT TO

    • Assess requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
    • Review and assist with user stories grooming and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
    • Consult with the client and understand their perspective on quality, formulating the right-sized approach to quality testing
    • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases (if required – by following the quality plan for the client & project)
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
    • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
    • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
    • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
    • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
    • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
    • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
    • Perform other duties as assigned
