My Role

Lead external quality incidents with extended teams to provide response on time to customers.
Follow up customer complaints workflow.
Activities coordination for contentions and corrective actions for customer quality claims.

My
Background

Degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial or related.

-
English - business conversational.

Very good communication skills.
Experience with automotive electronics industry (SMT components and process).
At least 5 years of experience on automotive industry as Process Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Customer Window or qualitydirect contact with customer.
Knowledge & experience with Quality Systems, problem solving tools, SPC, PFMEA & Quality Plans.
Knowledge & experience with Quality standards
ISO IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 is a plus.
