    About the Role

    In our Small and Medium Restaurants Strategy team, we are revolutionizing the food delivery industry by harnessing technology to create exceptional experiences for our customers, restaurant partners, and couriers. As a Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize operations and build strong relationships with restaurant partners.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with our mission. Your leadership will be vital in driving growth and operational excellence, managing projects that improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Leading Execution of Commercial Offering Implementation: You will oversee the setup and communication strategies for our commercial offerings.
    • Team Management and Development: You will manage and develop team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
    • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: You will build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Commercial Team Support: You will oversee inquiries from the commercial team and provide strategic solutions.
    • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: You will monitor performance metrics and conduct alignment sessions with teams in Mexico and MACPE.

    • Leadership Experience: At least five years of experience in strategy, engagement, and stakeholder management, including leadership roles.
