Requirements:

M.S. in Food Science & Technology (or Pharma/Chemistry), Food Engineering (strongly preferred) or associated technical areas. A B.S. in Food Science (or Pharma/Chemistry), Food Engineering is required.
Strong knowledge of food chemistry, science and processing, particularly in dairy systems and cocoa products (required)
Liquid processing (UHT, retort) knowledge and packaging experience desired
Expertise in nutritional product development and dry/liquid blending required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, MS Project and SAP
