Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Welcome Representative to join our team in Aguascalientes.
A Day in Life:
In this role you will be welcoming our new customers by providing information and specifics on their new account. confirming information in case further contact is needed. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and consumer.
- Research and finds a solution for customer's disputes, questions and concerns related to account status and delinquency.
- Maintains standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, thereby achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
- Must be able to utilize all tools available and creatively investigate all possible leads. Analyzes delinquent accounts for appropriate action and make recommendations to Sr. Car or Supervisor.
- Makes a standard number of outgoing phone calls on new NMAC/IFS accounts while staying available for incoming phone calls, in order to welcome the customer to our company, confirm demographics and inform about specifics on their accounts.
- Must be able to utilize all tools available for researching customers information that can lead to contact.
- Direct the call to a specific Department when special situations are discussed, in order to resolve questions or concerns.
- Assistance with registration to our website and enrollment to recurring payments
- Assistance with booked past due accounts
Who We're Looking for:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's mandatory, Preferred full bachelor's degree
- Must be able to diagnose situations and apply appropriate tools while adhering to all Federal and State regulations as well as company policy.
- Good oral and written communications, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good organization and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to take a responsive customer service approach to work activities.
- Basic acknowledgement of auto finance and collections
- MS Office intermediate.
