Join us as an Energy Expert to bring clean solar energy to Mexico Work with our Sales team and play a critical role in achieving Bright's goals by aligning the Sales team with the company's priorities.

You'll be responsible for explaining to people about energy generation, production, and efficiency and comparing our current model with the possibility of switching to solar.

Tareas

  • As a Junior Sales Representative:
  • For the first 1-6 months, you will start as a Sales Development Representative to qualify incoming leads and set up calls for Energy Experts.
  • This is handson training where you learn everything about our clients and how our sales funnel works.
  • Once there is a proven track record as a Sales Development Representative, if interested, the Sales Development Representative can be promoted to close customers.
  • As an Energy Expert:
  • To communicate directly with potential customers regarding the benefits of switching to solar with our different products.
  • To obtain referrals from current prospects.
  • To analyze, gather, and upload documents needed for customers to "go solar."
  • To spread Bright's mission to bring clean and affordable energy to Mexico while prospecting for customers.
  • To innovate and build a better company.

Your Key Results will be:


  • At Bright, we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies.
  • For this specific role, your KR (upon which the company will measure your success) is to approve >7 monthly projects.

Requisitos:


  • Is early in their career.
- < 1-5 years out of college.

  • Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.
  • Has the following skills:
  • History of Success.
  • Attended a top university and did well there (high GPA or other measure of accomplishment like scholarships).
  • Had experience abroad in a top university.
  • Consistently exceeded their quota at the previous company.
  • Is proactive.
  • You're an entrepreneur, in love with startup culture and getting stuff done.
  • Is competitive.
  • You played a competitive sport.
  • You started a business or club.
  • You competed in academic activities and achieved 1,2,3rd place.
  • You competed in some extracurricular clubs and did exceptionally well
  • Is extremely data and resultsoriented.
  • Is missiondriven.
  • You have nonprofit or sustainability experience (meaningful volunteer experience, studied renewable energy, etc.)
  • You're passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place.
  • Can influence other people.
  • You were a keynote speaker at academic events.
  • You raised capital or created partnerships.

  • Junior Energy Expert $8,000 MXN $9,000 MXN gross monthly + Sales Bonus.
  • Sales Energy Expert $10,000 MXN $15,000 MXN gross monthly + Sales Bonus.
