    Job Overview

    TE Connectivity's Trade Compliance Teams interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding shipping and prepare applications for import/export control certifications and licenses.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and audit entry and exit operations to guarantee compliance with foreign trade inventories in accordance with Annex 24 and 30.
  • Constantly audit the information provided in Annex 24 to maintain the integrity of Annex 24 with the data held by the SAT (Data Stage).
  • Review of material bills.
  • Monitoring of established processes published under the GTS IMMEX SERVICE CENTER standards.
  • What your background should look like:

  • Completed degree (Foreign trade, Customs, international trade, administration, etc.).
  • 2-3 years verifiable experience in IMMEX customs,
  • Knowledge in Annex 22, 24 and 30
  • Knowledge of technical sheets and materials
  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, VUCEM, Excel, Macros
  • Experience in Customs Operations
  • Experience in reports and KPIs
  • Experience in balance reconstruction
  • Teamwork
  • English Advanced.
  • Ability to work under stress.
