What you will do:

In this vital role you will be responsible for:


  • Transform large, sophisticated datasets and analyze market indicators to provide important analysis, insights and/or recommendations to support business performance, strategies, and objectives.
  • Participate and support sales forecast process (sellin/sellout) by supervising and using accurate market trends, inventories, other market opportunities and potential.
  • Support, advise, and collaborate to deliver adhoc reports and data for different departments.
  • Ensure alignment, quality and standardization of the data and insights; ensure that the reports are accurate, and troubleshooting any issues with appropriate contacts (e.g., external partners). Identify any actions needed for data quality improvement.
  • Assisting in activities (which are not limited to), extraction of data, data manipulation and cleaning of data, and continuous improvement of sales data reports to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Ensure that market research is conducted in compliance with appropriate policies and SOPs, and that findings are shared and used for future analysis.

  • High quality internal (Customers) and external (Vendors) relationships.
  • Market research Annual Plan fulfilment.
  • Sales & market forecast.
  • Deliver strategic insights.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree OR
  • Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on the industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Requirements:


  • Experience on Forecasting, Market Research, Business Analytics, Business development, launch excellence for Oncology, Hematology, Cardio, Osteoporosis & Biologics or high specialty markets.
  • Management of computer systems (MS Office); mainly excel / Market Audits (DDD, PMM, NRC, GSDT, INEFAM, Close-Up) / Tableau, QlikSense, Flexview and/or any visualization tool.
  • Large and sophisticated databases management.
  • Background in Sales Force Effectiveness and/or related areas.
