Are you looking for an opportunity to support the development and implementation of projects and programs across a complex matrixed team? If so, this is the role for you.

As General Multi-Disciplinary HR Professional you will manage the execution of projects across the portfolio.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the establishment of appropriate mechanisms to track and report on program utilization and contribute to value on investment positioning.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

Assist with the management of thirdparty providers of Health and Wellbeing services
Develop plans for project implementation
Ensure effective Health and Wellbeing marketing and communications to employees, in collaboration with engagement and communications specialists
Manage Health and Wellbeing technology and serve as administrator for health portal
Develop standard processes for Health & Wellbeing service implementation
Setup and track purchase orders and invoices through GSK finance systems to ensure accurate reporting and to inform key Health and Wellbeing finance decisions and budgeting
Assist in establishing appropriate mechanisms to track and report on program utilization and contribute to value on investment positioning
Perform after action reviews and trouble shoot any issues that may arise to help find appropriate solutions and look for opportunities for standardization and simplification
Logistical support to set up meetings between local and central teams

Why you?:

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

2-year degree OR Certification in Business and Operations Management
1+ years' experience in complex project coordination and operations management

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Bachelor's degree in Business and Operations Management
Strong written communications and marketing skills
Strong decision making, analytical, and problemsolving skills
Data management, analysis, and insights including advanced Excel skills
Ability to work cross functionally and at all levels of the organization
Competent with GSK finance systems
Team site and Website maintenance
Proven ability to create strong internal relationships across different functions and cultural teams
