Key Account Manager

age: 35 years to up

Graduate in businnes relationships or similar

availability to travel al the year visiting several countries

REQUIREMENTS:

You are fluent in English and Spanish.

You have an experience in Travel Retail.

You are sensitive to beauty / the fragrance industry.

You are a curious, creative, passionate, and collaborative team player, with strong organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and nurture the relation with the Travel Retail Operator's local teams to expand our partnership, develop the sales and reach both the quantitative and qualitative targets following the brands & SKUs performances

Manage a team of beauty advisors with regular visits of the stores for airports

Visit the domestic markets

Train virtually / physically our own Beauty Advisors and the staff

Provide reports to the Be Keen management to enable timely adjustment and decision-making.

Carry out effective management of sales and marketing action plan, product assortments and sales inventory

Make sure the merchandising guidelines are respected at all times

We offer:
salary between: 3,000 dlls to 3,500 dlls
