PR
Purchasing raw materials, equipment, consumable, and services.
New vendor developments.
Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
Identifying the organizations purchasing needs.
Researching, selecting, and purchasing quality products and materials
Numbering for incoming material.
Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities, and delivery timescales.
Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders.

Inventory control

Updating inventory report and managing stock levels (Raw materials, consumable, finished goods).
Understanding the target market and analyzing trends to make informed buying decisions.
Coordinating with warehouse, production, management, and stockroom.
Monitoring the stock quality and escalating any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing officer or similar role
