Join our team as a Trainee Track and Tracing Specialist, embarking on a journey to become a master in security transportation.

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow within the realm of track and tracing, with a specific focus on ensuring the security of our transportation operations.

Responsibilities:

Dashcam Monitoring:Monitor Dashcam alerts and videos, promptly addressing issues.

Collaborate with drivers and branch managers to ensure swift resolution of identified concerns.

Maintenance Coordination:Assist in scheduling maintenance services and repairs for truck issues.

Facilitate communication between drivers and branch managers regarding maintenance needs.

Compliance Auditing:Audit Electronic Logbooks (ELD) for Compliance and Hours of Service (HOS) Violations in line with U.S. F.M.C.S.A. regulations.

Documentation:Collaborate with the Safety team to document maintenance services, Dashcam alerts, and safety violations.

Ensure accurate and organized recordkeeping.

Requirements:

Basic Truck Maintenance Knowledge:General understanding of truck maintenance.

Regulatory Familiarity:Familiarity with U.S. F.M.C.S.A. H.O.S. regulations and safety standards. (Basic knowledge is sufficient, and additional training will be provided)

Communication Skills:Effective communication skills to liaise with drivers, branch managers, and the Safety team.

Computer Proficiency:Basic computer skills for documenting and recording issues.
