Operations Program Manager, Program Operations, Last MileThe goal of Amazon's Global Delivery Strategy Team is to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.
To meet this goal, we are continually striving to innovate and provide best in class service levels through the introduction of pioneering new products and services.
This role will manage retail sales channel stakeholders including customers and logistics delivery partners, if you have experience opening traditional market routes, from distribution and sales perspective, this role is for you.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for tracking key metrics and action items for programs and processes in the Last Mile Operation, such as: Payments, Losses, On Road Hours, Strategy Tracking, Driver Experience, Daily Tracking and Safety/Security Investigation Track, always assuring all teams (internal and external) are aligned with standard procedures and requirements always focusing in customer experience.
- This role must be flexible to work eventually on weekends and/or evenings during peak events (According to business demand).
